Sutter Health
Facing strong competition from major healthcare providers like Kaiser Permanente and Dignity Health, we focused on differentiating Sutter Health through digital innovation, community outreach, and personalized patient experiences. To do this, we needed to break through the clutter of a crowded healthcare landscape of other major healthcare providers, whose branding largely looks the same —blue color palates with black and white photos.
The advertising and content we developed leaned in to Sutter Health’s secondary color palate of shades of green, orange, and magenta to give our collateral a sense of energy and warmth, not typical of a healthcare company. We implemented that design system across social, infographics, brochures, and print and digital advertising to deliver a unified, eye-catching look and feel to all products.
The work successfully increased public awareness of Sutter Health’s role as a top-performing healthcare network. The design and copy showcased how Sutter Health's integrated network provides high-quality, affordable, and patient-centered care to the diverse communities it serves.
